Customer information
Terms of sale.
These terms explain how your personalised SCREENPRINT is made, paid for and fulfilled.
Last updated 8 September 2026
01 · The order
Personal, made-to-order artwork.
Please check the approval preview, image treatment, colours, wording, size, presentation and delivery address carefully before paying. SCREENPRINT describes the two-colour aesthetic; the physical work is digitally produced rather than traditionally screen printed. On-screen colours, previews and room visualisations are guides, and natural wood grain varies.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Stripe handles payment. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot accept it, we will contact you and refund the payment.
02 · Making and delivery
What happens next.
We aim to produce and dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days; framed work may take longer. Timings are estimates rather than guarantees. We will contact you about a material delay and, unless another time has been agreed, deliver within the period required by consumer law.
Responsibility for the order passes to you when it is delivered to the address supplied. Contact us promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or appears to have been opened.
03 · Changes and cancellations
Because it is made for you.
SCREENPRINT artwork is clearly personalised and made to your specification. Once production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. If production has not begun, we will try to help, but cannot promise it will be possible.
Your legal rights remain if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Read our returns and cancellations policy.
04 · Images and rights
Use material you are entitled to use.
You must own the image or have all permissions required to reproduce and adapt it, including relevant photographer, artist and personality or privacy permissions. You retain your rights and grant us only the permission needed to process the image, produce the order and provide customer support.
We may refuse or cancel an order containing unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit or graphic violent material. If cancelled before supply, we will refund sums paid for anything not provided. See the full image and content standards.
05 · Our responsibility
A fair agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumer law gives you, or liability the law does not allow us to exclude. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but not for business losses where you buy as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where they live and retain mandatory protections that apply there.
