Returns & cancellations.

Before production

Contact us straight away.

If you notice an error or want to cancel, email hello@thecolourcircleproject.com immediately with your order reference. We will try to stop or amend the order if production has not begun. Once production has begun, personalised artwork cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Fault, damage or error

Your legal rights remain.

If the work arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or different from the confirmed specification, contact us promptly. Include the order reference and, where practical, photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law.

Do not dispose of the product or packaging, and do not send it to our registered office. We will provide the correct return or collection instructions and cover reasonable return costs where the goods do not conform to the contract.

Refunds

Returned to the original method.

When a refund is agreed, we will issue it to the original payment method and confirm by email. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display it. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
